Note: When the dial is turned to the tightest position (towards FINE), this is the 0 setting, which is for the finest grind, suitable for Espresso. 3. Adjusting the Grind Level: After the dial is fully tightened, you can adjust it to the desired grind setting by turning it towards the COARSE side. 1 click toward COARSE = 1 setting 2 clicks toward COARSE = 2 setting Continue counting each click until you reach the desired level. 4.
